After a long winter of being sealed indoors, there’s nothing better than enjoying the fresh breeze throughout your home. A retractable screen on your front door is a great way to welcome in the spring, summer, and fall air—while also giving you a clear view of our beautiful community.
The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that we’ve sourced and approved Bechthold Home Improvements as the supplier for these retractable screens. Homeowners can choose from two casing colour options to best match their exterior.

Watering & Weeding
While the fronts of our properties are classified as "common element," they are designated as "exclusive common element," meaning it’s up to each homeowner to maintain their gardens, grass, and trees. Regular watering and weeding are essential to keeping these areas vibrant and healthy. Although the community receives weed spray and feed treatments for our lawns and common grounds, it's our responsibility to ensure that our gardens and lawns look their best between treatments. By taking care of our individual spaces, we contribute to the overall beauty and pride of our community.
