Winter Maintenance - What to expect:
Winter Maintenance Summary (2024-2025)
Season Dates: November 15, 2024 – March 31, 2025
Snow Removal:
- Snow will be removed when accumulation reaches 2 inches or more.
- Services are not performed on a set schedule; our contractor will clear the areas as soon as possible.
- Areas covered: road entrances, sidewalks, visitor parking, and 14 driveways.
- Only driveways and parking spots free of vehicles will be plowed.
- Driveways at units 109, 110, 111, and 112 (exposed aggregate) will be hand-shoveled.
Ice Control Services (Salting):
- Salting will be done as needed under normal conditions or upon request. Salt is charged separately.
Homeowners Responsibilities
- Shoveling & salting of front porches, steps, and back decks are the responsibility of individual homeowners.

Excessive & Heavy Snow Fall
As you can see, we have a small footprint and very little space to put
snow. If it is a heavy snow year, we may lose one or more visitor
parking spaces in order not to have to remove snow by truck.
Snow haulage is extremely expensive and we have not budgeted for it. Your
understanding and cooperation is appreciated.
